Heat Pump Rebates for Campbell River & Comox Valley Residents
At Ed Rosse Plumbing, we’re committed to helping Courtenay to Campbell River homeowners increase comfort and reduce energy costs through high-efficiency heating solutions. As a qualified member of the Home Performance Contractor Network (HPCN), we are approved to install equipment that qualifies for rebates through the CleanBC Energy Savings Program.

CleanBC Energy Savings Program
Depending on your household income, existing heating system, and the type of heat pump you install, you could qualify for up to $24,500 in combined rebates through the CleanBC Energy Savings Program. Rebates are available for:
-
Central ducted heat pumps
-
Mini-split and multi-split heat pumps
-
Dual fuel heat pumps
-
Air-to-water heat pumps
-
Electric service upgrades
Rebate eligibility and amounts depend on:
-
Your household income and size
-
Whether you currently heat with oil, natural gas, propane, electricity, or wood
-
The type of heat pump installed
-
Where your home is located
For example, switching from an oil heating system to a combined space and water heating heat pump system could earn you up to $19,500 in rebates. Electric service upgrades may be eligible for an additional $5,000, depending on income level.
Campbell River Municipal Top-Up (Program Ended)
The City of Campbell River previously offered a $350 top-up rebate for switching from fossil fuel heating to an electric air-source heat pump. This program ended on April 11, 2025, but if you received a quote before that date, you may still apply. Final applications must be submitted by August 31, 2025.
